Repayment of loan--when.

335.236. The financial assistance recipient shall repaythe financial assistance principal and interest beginning notmore than six months after completion of the degree for whichthe financial assistance was made in accordance with therepayment contract. If an eligible student ceases his studyprior to successful completion of a degree or graduation at aparticipating school, interest at the rate specified in section335.233 shall be charged on the amount of financial assistancereceived from the state under the provisions of sections 335.212to 335.242, and repayment, in accordance with the repaymentcontract, shall begin within ninety days of the date thefinancial aid recipient ceased to be an eligible student. Allfunds repaid by recipients of financial assistance to thedepartment shall be deposited in the professional and practicalnursing student loan and nurse loan repayment fund for usepursuant to sections 335.212 to 335.259.
