Deferral of repayment of loans--when.
335.239. The department shall grant a deferral of interest and principalpayments to a financial assistance recipient who is pursuing an advanceddegree, special nursing program, or upon special conditions established by thedepartment. The deferral shall not exceed four years. The status of eachdeferral shall be reviewed annually by the department of health and seniorservices to ensure compliance with the intent of this section.
