Advertising requirements.
336.225. Any optometrist or any person, firm, or corporationemploying or associated with an optometrist may advertise the availabilityof optometric service. The optometrist shall be responsible for ensuringthat his or her name is prominently displayed at all of his or her practicelocations. All eye examination services shall be provided by a person inaccordance with the provisions of section 336.030.
