338.020. Every person who shall hereafter desire to belicensed as a pharmacist shall file with the board of pharmacyan application setting forth his name and age, the place, orplaces, at which and the time spent in the study of the scienceand art of pharmacy, and the practical experience which theapplicant has had under the direction of a legally licensedpharmacist, and shall appear at a time and place designated bythe board of pharmacy and submit to an examination as to hisqualifications for registration as a licensed pharmacist. Eachapplication shall contain a statement that it is made under oathor affirmation and that its representations are true and correctto the best knowledge and belief of the person signing same,subject to the penalties of making a false affidavit ordeclaration.
