Compensation of board members, personnel.

338.130. 1. Each member of the board shall receive as compensationan amount set by the board not to exceed fifty dollars for each day devotedto the affairs of the board, and shall be entitled to reimbursement of themember's expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of the member'sofficial duties.

2. The board may employ such board personnel, as defined insubdivision (4) of subsection 10 of section 324.001, RSMo, as it deemsnecessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The compensationand expenses of such personnel and all expenses incurred by the board incarrying into execution the provisions of this chapter shall be paid out ofthe board of pharmacy fund upon a warrant on the state treasurer.
