Meeting of board--examination--fees.

341.050. Said board of examiners shall, within ten daysafter their appointments, meet, and shall then designate thetimes and places for examination of all applicants desiring toengage in or work at the business of plumbing within theirrespective jurisdiction. Said board shall examine saidapplicants as to their practical knowledge of plumbing, housedrainage and ventilation, and if satisfied of the competency ofsuch applicants, shall thereupon issue a certificate to suchapplicant authorizing him to engage in or work at the business ofplumbing either as a master plumber or employing plumber orjourneyman plumber. The fee for a certificate for a masterplumber or employing plumber shall be five dollars; for ajourneyman plumber it shall be one dollar. Said certificateshall be valid and have force throughout the state and shall berenewable annually, and all fees received for said certificatesshall be paid into the treasury of the city where suchcertificates are issued.
