Affidavit filing required for certain limited liability companies.
347.048. Any limited liability company that owns and rents or leasesreal property, or owns unoccupied real property, located within any homerule city with a population of more than four hundred thousand inhabitantswhich is located in more than one county, shall file with that city's clerkan affidavit listing the name and address of at least one person who hasmanagement control and responsibility for the real property owned andleased or rented by the limited liability company, or owned by the limitedliability company and unoccupied.
