Company liable, when.
347.075. Where, by any wrongful act or omission or otheractionable conduct of any authorized person, acting in theordinary course of the business of the limited liability company,or otherwise with authority, loss or injury is caused to anyperson, not being a member in the limited liability company, thelimited liability company is liable for all damages permitted bylaw as a consequence of such actionable conduct.
