347.161. A foreign limited liability company may cancel itsregistration by filing with the secretary articles of cancellation signedon its behalf by a manager, member or other authorized agent. Acancellation does not terminate the authority of the secretary to acceptservice of process on the foreign limited liability company with respect tocauses of action arising out of the transactions of business in this state.
