Affirmation, penalties of perjury.
347.169. Execution of an application or a certificate by a foreignlimited liability company constitutes an affirmation by the person whosigned it under the penalties set out in section 575.040, RSMo, that thefacts stated therein are true and that the person so signing has theauthority to execute such application or certificate.
