Annual report--audit.
348.180. The authority shall, following the close of eachfiscal year, submit an annual report of its activities for thepreceding year to the governor and the general assembly. Eachreport shall set forth a complete operating and financialstatement for the authority during the fiscal year it covers. Atleast once in each year, an independent certified publicaccountant shall audit the books and accounts of the authority.
