Organization of street railroad, telegraph and telephone corporations,booming and rafting corporations.
351.030. 1. Any street railroad corporation, telegraph andtelephone corporation, and booming and rafting corporation may beorganized under the provisions of this chapter; provided, thatany such corporation complies with all of the requirements of theapplicable laws specially providing for the incorporation ofstreet railroads, telegraph and telephone corporations, orbooming and rafting corporations. Any railroad corporation orunion station hereafter incorporated under the provisions ofchapter 388, RSMo, may add to its articles of association suchstatements as may be necessary to authorize any such corporationto issue shares without par value.
2. Any corporation here incorporated under the laws of thisstate, other than under the provisions of this chapter, will besubject to such of the provisions of this chapter as is providedin subdivisions (1) and (3) of section 351.690 with respect toexisting corporations of the same type.
