Expenses of organization or reorganization, how paid.
351.170. The reasonable charges and expenses of organizationor reorganization of a corporation and reasonable compensationfor the sale or underwriting of its shares, may be paid orallowed by such corporation out of consideration received by itin payment for its shares without thereby rendering such sharesnot full-paid and nonassessable.
