351.240. Any inspector, before he shall enter on the dutiesof his office, shall take and subscribe the following oath beforeany officer authorized by law to administer oaths: "I dosolemnly swear, that I will execute the duties of an inspector ofthe election now to be held with strict impartiality, andaccording to the best of my ability."
