351.270. Whenever with respect to any action to be taken bythe shareholders of a corporation the articles of incorporationor provisions of the bylaws adopted by the shareholders requirethe vote or concurrence of the holders of a greater portion ofthe shares, or of any class or series thereof, than required bythis chapter with respect to such action, the provisions of thearticles of incorporation or such provisions of the bylawsadopted by the shareholders shall control.
