Voting by shareholders on plan for merger or consolidation.
351.425. At each such meeting a vote of the shareholdersentitled to vote thereat shall be taken on the proposed plan ofmerger or consolidation. The plan of merger or consolidationshall be approved upon receiving the affirmative vote of theholders of at least two-thirds of the outstanding shares entitledto vote at such meeting, of each of such corporations.
