Certificate of merger returned to surviving or new corporation.
351.445. The certificate of merger and certified copythereof, with a copy of the articles of merger affixed thereto bythe secretary of state, or the certificate of consolidation andcertified copy thereof, with a copy of the articles ofconsolidation affixed thereto by the secretary of state, shall bereturned to the surviving corporation or new corporation, as thecase may be, or to its representative.
