Appeal from denial of reinstatement.
351.492. 1. If the secretary of state denies acorporation's application for reinstatement followingadministrative dissolution, he shall serve the corporation asprovided in section 351.380 with a written notice that explainsthe reason or reasons for denial.
2. The corporation may appeal a denial of reinstatement asprovided for in section 351.670.
