Amended certificate of authority.
351.578. 1. A foreign corporation authorized to transactbusiness in this state shall obtain an amended certificate ofauthority from the secretary of state if it changes:
(1) Its corporate name;
(2) The period of its duration; or
(3) The state or country of its incorporation.
2. The requirements of section 351.576 for obtaining anoriginal certificate of authority apply to obtaining an amendedcertificate under this section.
