Power and authority of secretary of state.
351.660. In addition to the power and authority heretoforeexpressly given the secretary of state by this chapter thesecretary of state also shall have such further power andauthority as is reasonably necessary to enable him to administerthis chapter efficiently and to perform the duties thereinimposed upon him.
