Penalty for refusal to exhibit books and records.
351.710. If any officer, or agent, of any such corporationshall refuse the demand of the secretary of state, or supervisorof corporations, to exhibit the books and records of suchcorporation for examination, he, or they, shall be deemed guiltyof a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof punished as in thischapter provided.
