Execution of documents in more than one capacity.
351.820. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, anindividual who holds more than one office in a statutory closecorporation may execute, acknowledge, or verify in more than onecapacity any document required to be executed, acknowledged, orverified by the holders of two or more offices.
