Restricted transfer of uncertificated shares.
351.905. 1. The corporation may restrict the transfer ofuncertificated shares from the date the demand for their paymentis received until the proposed corporate action is taken or therestrictions released under section 351.915.
2. The person for whom dissenters' rights are asserted asto uncertificated shares retains all other rights of ashareholder until these rights are canceled or modified by thetaking of the proposed corporate action.
