General powers of corporation.
354.050. The corporation shall have all the powers, rights andprivileges of a corporation organized under chapter 355, RSMo, except insofaras such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of sections 354.010 to354.380, but it shall not commence its business or operations until itreceives authority to do so from the director of the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration, as provided in section354.055.
