Rules and regulations by director authorized--procedure, review.
354.120. The director may promulgate such reasonable rules andregulations not inconsistent with the provisions of sections 354.010 to354.380 as he shall deem necessary for its proper administration, pursuantto the provisions of this section and chapter 536, RSMo. No rule orportion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shallbecome effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisionsof section 536.024, RSMo.
