Exemption from certain taxes, exceptions.
354.130. Every health services corporation shall be exemptfrom all taxes with respect to its membership dues or fees andother income, and shall be exempt from all franchise taxes andlicense fees except as otherwise specified in sections 354.010 to354.380.
