Dissolution, liquidation or rehabilitation of corporation, procedurefor.
354.140. Any dissolution, liquidation, or rehabilitation ofa corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to354.380 shall be instituted and carried out pursuant to theprovisions of chapter 355, RSMo, to the extent that the same arenot inconsistent with the provisions of sections 354.010 to354.380.
