Enrollment representative--license issued when, qualifications.
354.235. 1. The director shall issue a license to anynatural person who is at least eighteen years of age, and hascomplied with the requirements of sections 354.010 to 354.380,authorizing the licensee to act as an enrollment representativeon behalf of any corporation subject to the provisions ofsections 354.010 to 354.380.
2. Any license issued shall authorize only the licenseenamed in the license to act individually as an enrollmentrepresentative thereunder.
