Nonrenewable temporary license issued, when.
354.265. A nonrenewable temporary license may be issued fora period not to exceed ninety days in cases where an applicanthas theretofore filed a completed application for a license, hassecured an appointment by a corporation subject to theprovisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380, has paid theapplicable fees and where the director is satisfied as to theapplicant's business reputation.
