Violations by enrollment representatives, penalties.
354.275. Any person willfully violating any of the provisions ofsections 354.225 to 354.270 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and onconviction thereof, if the offender holds a license under these sections, thecourt imposing sentence shall order the director of the department ofinsurance, financial institutions and professional registration to revoke thelicense.
