Public official failing to perform duties as to investmentviolations, penalty.
354.330. Any public official failing, neglecting orrefusing to comply with any of the provisions of sections354.320 and 354.325 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than five hundreddollars and forfeit his office.
