Enrollee, grounds for disenrollment.
354.462. An enrollee may not be disenrolled nor deniedrenewal except for the failure to pay the charge for suchcoverage, for fraudulent misuse of the system, for abusiveconduct, for failure to establish a proper patient-physicianrelationship, or for such other reasons as may be allowed inrules promulgated by the director.
