Resignation of registered agent.
355.171. Any registered agent of a corporation may resignas such agent upon filing a written notice of the resignation,executed in duplicate, with the secretary of state, who shallimmediately mail a copy to any officer of the corporation at hisaddress as last known to the secretary of state, other than suchregistered office. Such resignation shall become effective uponthe expiration of thirty days after receipt of such notice by thesecretary of state.
