Member's rights, obligations.
355.186. All members shall have the same rights andobligations with respect to voting, dissolution, redemption andtransfer, unless the articles or bylaws establish classes ofmembership with different rights and obligations with respect toany other matters, except as set forth in or authorized by thearticles or bylaws.
