Powers of general assembly.
355.495. The general assembly shall at all times have powerto prescribe such regulations, provisions, and limitations withrespect to corporations to which this chapter is applicable as itmay deem advisable, which regulations, provisions and limitationsshall be binding upon any and all corporations, domestic orforeign, subject to the provisions of this chapter, and thegeneral assembly shall have power to amend, repeal, or modifythis chapter at pleasure.
