Corporations organized under chapter 352 to continue.
355.500. Chapter 352, RSMo, shall remain in force and effectas to corporations heretofore or hereafter organized thereunderwhich do not accept the provisions of this chapter in the mannerprovided in section 355.020. Nothing contained herein shallaffect the right to organize a corporation under said chapter352, RSMo, or the powers or rights of corporations heretofore orhereafter organized thereunder or the right of any corporationorganized thereunder to act either within or without the state ofMissouri.
