Fees for incorporation.
357.060. For incorporation under this chapter as hereinprovided, there shall be paid to and collected by the statedirector of revenue a fee of fifty dollars for the first fiftythousand dollars or less of capital stock, and the further sum offive dollars for each additional ten thousand dollars of itscapital stock. The limitation upon the aggregate amount ofcapital stock shall be the same as in respect to othercorporations.
