Board members, compensation--quorum of board--meetings--seal.

361.098. 1. The members of the state banking board shallreceive as compensation for their services the sum of one hundreddollars per day while discharging their duties, and shall beentitled to receive their necessary traveling and other expensesincurred while actually engaged in the performance of theirduties as such members.

2. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute aquorum for the transaction of any business, for the performanceof any duty or for the exercise of any power of the board.

3. The board may meet and exercise its powers in any placein this state and shall meet at any time upon the call of itschairman or of the director of the division of finance or of anytwo members of the board.

4. The board shall have an official seal bearing theinscription, "State Banking Board of the State of Missouri",which shall be judicially noticed.
