Director's possession may be challenged, when.

361.360. At any time within ten days after the director hastaken possession of the property and business of any suchcorporation, such corporation, with the approval of its board ofdirectors, may apply to the circuit court in the judicialdistrict in which the principal office of such corporation islocated, for an order requiring the director to show cause why heshould not be enjoined from continuing such possession. Thecourt may, upon good cause shown, direct the director to refrainfrom further proceedings and to surrender such possession.
