Restrictions on orders and ordinances of political subdivisions.
362.109. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any order orordinance by any political subdivision shall be consistent with and notmore restrictive than state law and regulations governing lending ordeposit-taking entities regulated by the division of finance or thedivision of credit unions.
