Investments in small business investment companies.
362.173. Every bank and every trust company organized underthe laws of this state shall have power to and may, to the extentthat national banks are permitted so to do by the laws of theUnited States, purchase shares of stock in small businessinvestment companies incorporated under either the laws of thisstate or of the United States for the purpose of operating underthe "Small Business Investment Act of 1958" (72 Stat. 689).
