Financial institutions may invest securities under Federal HousingAct.

362.185. It is lawful for banking institutions, trustcompanies, insurance companies; and loan and investment companiesto invest their funds and the moneys in their custody orpossession in bonds or notes secured by deeds of trust ormortgages insured by the Federal Housing Administrator, or indebentures and bonds issued by the Federal Housing Administratorpursuant to title II of the National Housing Act, or indebentures and bonds issued by national mortgage associations.
