Applicability of sections 362.180 to 362.195.
362.195. No law of this state prescribing the nature, amountor form of security, or requiring security upon which loans oradvances of credit may be made, or prescribing or limitinginterest rates upon loans or advances of credit, or prescribingor limiting the period for which loans or advances of credit maybe made, shall apply to loans, advances of credit, or purchasesmade pursuant to sections 362.180 to 362.195.
