362.660. A copy of the agreement so executed and thecertified and verified copies of the proceedings of therespective boards of directors shall be submitted in duplicate tothe finance director for his approval, and he shall have fullpower and authority to approve or disapprove the same; provided,that in case the director shall disapprove the agreements sosubmitted, the banks and trust companies which are partiesthereto may submit another plan for a merger or a consolidationunder the provisions of this chapter.
