Cost of proceedings, how taxed.
362.760. The cost of the proceedings to determine the valueof stock, as above provided for, up to and including the filingof the report of the appraisers, shall be paid by the receivingor consolidated bank or trust company, and the court shall makeand enter such orders and judgments as to subsequent costs as tothe court may seem just and proper in the premises.
