Injunctive relief, when.
362.930. Any court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin violations ofsubsection 1 of section 362.920. Any bank adversely affected by any suchviolation, any banking organization having statewide membership, and thedirector of finance shall have standing to sue in any such action.
