Director of finance to administer--rules and orders authorized.
362.935. The director of finance shall administer and carry out theprovisions of sections 362.910 to 362.940 and may issue such regulationsand orders as may be necessary to discharge this duty and to preventevasion of subsection 1 of section 362.920.
