Penalties.
364.070. Any person who knowingly violates any provision ofthis chapter or of any law of this state relating to the businessof a financing institution in this state without a licensetherefor except as provided in this chapter is guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine ofnot more than five hundred dollars or by confinement in thecounty jail for not more than six months or both.
