Application of law.
364.150. The licensing provisions of sections 364.100 to364.160 shall not apply to any insurance agent or insurancebroker licensed to do business in this state. Nor shall theprovisions of sections 364.100 to 364.160 apply to insurancepremiums financed in connection with credit transactions.
