Rulemaking, procedure.
369.301. Rules promulgated under the authority of this chapter shallbe promulgated pursuant to the provisions of chapter 536, RSMo. No rule orportion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shallbecome effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisionsof section 536.024, RSMo.
